We allow exchanges only and do not accept returns for refunds. For items purchased online, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales@avsgrp.net to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the order number and the reason for the exchange. Exchanges shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we receive your item.
RETURN SHIPPING
• If an item was shipped in error or is defective/damaged, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
• If an item is being exchanged for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom Products
• Gift Cards
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange at management’s discretion if the item does not meet the criteria set forth in this policy.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
Unless the item was damaged upon purchase, all items must be new, unused, and in saleable condition, with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
FORM OF PAYMENT
If a refund is issued, it will be processed in the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
We offer free replacement of damaged parts if the damage was caused by our error.
